Our honey-processed single origin Costa Rican whole bean coffee is a specialty Arabica coffee bean of the San Roque variety. For generations, the Oviedo family has cultivated coffee at the foothills of the Poas Volcano. The rich soil combined with years of experience in environmentally friendly cultivating practices, make the varieties of coffee from this farm a treat to the gourmet coffee lovers.
The artisan process leaves the natural honey on the beans, carefully drying in the sun to maintain the unique qualities of this special coffee. The El Greco farm entails years of labor to provide a cup that exceeds the expectations of coffee connoisseurs.
